Returns & Refund Policy

We have 7 day easy replacement only policy for customers from the date of delivery.

Please note, we will not accept return in case, you are not satisfied with the looks of the product, sound quality or fit of the product. Only in case of product received is wrong or product not working, we will accept return from case to case basis.

To initiate return, you need to contact customer care at or WhatsApp us on +91 9725187127. For successful refund, make sure that product is in its original condition as received.

In case, the product you received is wrong or damaged, inform us within 48 hours by email or on WhatsApp. In that case, you will be given option for either refund or replacement.

Our customer care team, will provide you the shipping label, you need to pack the product and paste the label on it, for free pickup. Once the product is picked up and reaches us, after checking, we will initiate the refund.


Warranty & Replacement Policy

We take utmost care of the product quality, in case you face any problem with the product you are covered under warranty

All our products are covered under 6 months warranty for manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

Physical and water damage will not be covered under warranty.

Any unauthorized tampering, modification or repair will void the warranty. Warranty does not cover any external accessories to the product such as battery, charging cable.


How to claim warranty?

To claim your warranty, contact customer care at or WhatsApp us on +91 9725187127 mentioning your order number and a brief description of the problem. 

Our customer care executive will first try to guide you remotely via WhatsApp, in case problem still persists, you will be requested to send us the faulty product to our address, our team will check the product and dispatch the replacement unit. 

Replacement unit will be shipped in a separate replacement box. 

In this replacement process, one side courier charges has to be borne by the customer, and one side courier charges will be borne by the brand. 

The whole process of replacement will take around 7 to 15 days.


Shipping Policy

We are always committed to delivering your order on time. Below is our shipping policy

We make our best efforts to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 1 working day of the order date. However, in some cases, it takes longer, up to 3 or more working days to ship the order

Orders are shipped out on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

We do not commit any specific delivery days, but generally product reaches in 5 to 6 days, sometimes it may reach early, sometimes it may take more time than 5 to 6 days depending upon the situation.

Each order will be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of the payment for that order. 

If you wish to change the shipping addresses, you shall do so by contacting customer care at or WhatsApp . We will try our best to change your shipping address, however, if we have already processed the orders, we will not be able to change the shipping address.

Please note there is no option to change the phone number mentioned in the order.

Please note, all the orders placed on the Mozu Designs website are shipped with an invoice. In case, the same is not received, you may inform us by mailing at or mentioning your order reference number.

After the order is shipped, you will be auto receive the tracking details.

If you receive the order in tempered or damage condition, we request you not to accept the product


Cancellation Policy

Prepaid Order Cancelation

In case of prepaid order, order is auto accepted. 

To cancel your prepaid order, you need to reach us at  

If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel your order. 

In case the product has been shipped, you can refuse the delivery of the order to our delivery partner and once the product reaches us back, we will initiate your refund.

COD Order Cancelation

In case of COD order, you can cancel the order from your end, before we accept the order. 

Once we accept the order, you cannot cancel the order from your side. You need to reach us to our customer care to cancel your order, we will cancel your order. 

In case, the product has been shipped, you can refuse the delivery of the order to our delivery partner.
