Prepaid Order Cancellation
- Once a prepaid order is placed, it is automatically accepted into our system.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@mozudesign.com as soon as possible.
- If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund.
- If the order has already been shipped, you may refuse the delivery upon arrival. Once the product is returned to us, we will initiate your refund.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Order Cancellation
- COD orders can be canceled from your end before we accept the order.
- Once we have accepted the order, it cannot be canceled directly through the website. To cancel, please contact our customer support.
- If the order has already been shipped, you may refuse the delivery upon arrival.
