2. Product not working (defective on arrival)

Ensure the product is in its original condition with all accessories, packaging, and invoice.
Return & Refund Process
- If your return request is approved, our customer support team will provide you with a shipping label.
- Pack the product securely, attach the label, and hand it over for free pickup.
- Once the returned product reaches us and passes inspection, a refund will be initiated.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
