Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in case of the following issues:

    2. Product not working (defective on arrival)

Ensure the product is in its original condition with all accessories, packaging, and invoice.

Return & Refund Process

  • If your return request is approved, our customer support team will provide you with a shipping label.
  • Pack the product securely, attach the label, and hand it over for free pickup.
  • Once the returned product reaches us and passes inspection, a refund will be initiated.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
