At Mozu, we are committed to ensuring timely and reliable delivery of your orders. Please review our shipping policy below for important details regarding order processing and delivery.
Order Processing & Shipping Time
- We strive to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of purchase. However, in some cases, processing may take up to 3 or more business days due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after shipment.
- However, delivery times may vary depending on location and other factors.
- In some cases, your order may arrive earlier or take longer than expected due to courier delays, weather conditions, or logistical challenges.
Shipping Address & Modifications
- Orders will be shipped only to the address provided at the time of purchase.
- Address Change: If you need to modify the shipping address, please contact our customer support at support@mozudesign.com or via WhatsApp as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the request, but if the order has already been processed, changes cannot be made.
- Phone Number Change: Unfortunately, the phone number associated with an order cannot be changed after the order is placed.
Order Invoicing & Tracking
- All shipments include an official invoice. If you do not receive an invoice with your order, please contact us at support@mozudesign.com with your order reference number.
- Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery. Instead, notify us immediately so we can assist you with a resolution.
