Warranty & Replacement Policy
We ensure the highest quality standards for our products. However, in case of any issues, our products are covered under a 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
Warranty Coverage
- Covers manufacturing defects only.
- Does not cover:

- Physical or water damage
- Unauthorized tampering, modifications, or repairs
- External accessories (battery, charging cable, etc.)
How to Claim Warranty
- Contact our customer care at support@mozudesign.com or WhatsApp +91 9725187127, mentioning your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will first try to troubleshoot the issue remotely via WhatsApp.
- If the issue persists, you will be required to send the faulty product to our service center.
- Upon inspection, the product will be repaired or replaced as per the nature of the defect.
- Please note: The replacement unit may be a new, repaired, or refurbished product, depending on availability and case-to-case assessment.
Replacement Process
- The replacement unit will be shipped in a separate replacement box.
- Courier charges:

- One-way shipping cost (sending the product to us) is to be borne by the customer.
- One-way shipping cost (sending the replacement unit) will be covered by Mozu.
- The entire replacement process takes approximately 7 to 15 days.
