Warranty & Replacement Policy

We ensure the highest quality standards for our products. However, in case of any issues, our products are covered under a 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
Warranty Coverage
  • Covers manufacturing defects only.
  • Does not cover:
    1. Physical or water damage
    2. Unauthorized tampering, modifications, or repairs
    3. External accessories (battery, charging cable, etc.)
How to Claim Warranty
  1. Contact our customer care at support@mozudesign.com or WhatsApp +91 9725187127, mentioning your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Our team will first try to troubleshoot the issue remotely via WhatsApp.
  3. If the issue persists, you will be required to send the faulty product to our service center.
  4. Upon inspection, the product will be repaired or replaced as per the nature of the defect.
  5. Please note: The replacement unit may be a new, repaired, or refurbished product, depending on availability and case-to-case assessment.

Replacement Process
  • The replacement unit will be shipped in a separate replacement box.
  • Courier charges:
    1. One-way shipping cost (sending the product to us) is to be borne by the customer.
    2. One-way shipping cost (sending the replacement unit) will be covered by Mozu.
  • The entire replacement process takes approximately 7 to 15 days.
